PROUDLY ENTERING ITS 16TH SEASON, black ice offers Canadian synchronized skaters the opportunity to train and compete at an elite senior level. The organization brings together an exceptional combination of skaters, coaches and managers, all who share a passion for skating and the motivation to be the best they can be. black ice is the leading force in Synchronized Skating in Canada and around the world.

The restructuring and hence the renaming of the junior team is another instance of placing the skaters first. Historically, all of the teams have been “branded” with the black ice name. The adoption of the new name, Aura, for black ice junior, will allow this team to forge ahead, carving out their own history and identity. It is anticipated that Aura will become a “brand of its own”.
